Join us at GCSE Science in Action this year where we will discover how to contribute to cutting-edge science from our sofas with the galaxy zoo project. Galaxy zoo used the power of the crowd to classify and understand how galaxies are formed. Dr Becky Smethurst will take us on a journey of discovery and show us how we can all explore the sky from the comfort of our screens.
Becky is a research fellow at the University of Nottingham and a very keen and inspirational science communicator. She presents physics videos for the YouTube channel Sixty Symbols and always has a fascinating scientific story to tell.
