The formal booking confirmation states the number of tickets that have been booked and the cancellation deadline date by which The Training Partnership must be notified of any reductions in the number of tickets required (including cancellation of the entire booking).
The cancellation deadline is normally 28 days before the event date. After the cancellation deadline, it is not possible to reduce the number of tickets or cancel the booking and the school is liable to pay for the tickets that have been booked. Additional tickets, however, may be purchased after the cancellation deadline subject to availability.
In order to keep costs down for all students and schools, we cannot make exceptions to the cancellation policy.
Where study days are fully booked, we operate a reserve system and as soon as we are notified of any cancellations, we contact schools on the reserve list. As the cancellation deadlines approach there may be significant changes in the number of tickets available so schools on the reserve list do stand a good chance of being offered places – though this cannot be guaranteed. Please note, there may not be a reserve list for all days and the existence of a reserve list does not imply that cancellations after the deadline date is possible.
Payment should be made as soon as possible and bookings must be paid no later than 28 days before the event.
The booking confirmation also gives details for payment which can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer.
Bank Transfer details: Account Number 09175792. Sort Code: 18-00-02
Cheques should be made payable to “The Training Partnership” and sent to our offices at Gilmoora House, 57-61 Mortimer Street, London W1W 8HS.
A group ticket will be emailed to schools approximately two weeks before the event date.
While we make every effort to ensure that the speaker information given at the time of booking is accurate, we reserve the right to substitute speakers in situations beyond our control.
We ask all schools and colleges to make sure their students abide by the venue rules and do not consume food or drink inside Logan Hall (Institute of Education), The Great Hall (Imperial College), or Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre.
